This is not just a MODALITY that will help shift deep trauma and fear out of the body, BUT also a powerful Rite of Passage to being the Truest Expression of you. The version of you that you have been admiring and dreaming about for so long, you sometimes wonder if SHE/HE will ever show up.
I know the one I am talking about, because at 33 I WAS SO OVER MY OWN BS.
I remember falling so deep into a shame spiral because I wasn't functioning very well as a human, Mum, Wife, friend or Coach and YET I deeply desired MORE.
I wanted to have a life full of dreamy adventure, romance, love and intimate connections, with friends, sisters and family.
I saw my Herbal clinic as a beautiful space, but I was pouring energy into it and it was never resourcing me back.
I was doing all the 'things' for my body, but NOTHING was working and every new thing I did, caused a pendulum swing.
I was trying hard for my relationship, and yet I felt I was just doing more damage, because I was so disempowered.
I felt I was failing as Mother, and the more I did in my business, the more weight I put on. The more I felt miserable and fatigued.
And one day late 2021, I fell onto my knees on the rocky beach of Kinloch, NZ and started balling my eyes out. I was done.
I was between a rock and a hard place. Going back to a 9-5 was going to destroy my soul, BUT going all out and actually making my hobby a legitimate business was scaring me out of my BONES. I felt my marriage was falling apart and I had no idea how to regulate as a Mother.
THEN I HEARD IT!
The Breath, Bones and Beliefs are the TRINITY OF CREATION and they were calling my name.
They are the 3x key pieces to ALCHEMY.
If I was going to change my life I had to go bone deep to change my beliefs and breath new life into my story and who I believed myself to be.
AND KANIKA WAS BORN.
Over the next two years, I would not only go from 50k to 300k cash in 2023 while doing less in my business, but also completely REWIRE my intimate relationships to something I adored and admired, as well as heal my Hashimotos Thyroditis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, AND become the Mother I deeply admired.
I Fell in LOVE with myself and with that started releasing the weight easily, without specific exercise, as well as the degrading thoughts about myself and how I showed up in the World.
I actually started cleaning and keeping a clean house, which lowered my anxiety exponentially.
I even anchored the marriage of my dreams after 16yrs of being together.
I lead an entire family through a deeply traumatic event, while holding my business and landing a $60,000 client.
