7. Doing the ONE Thing
With the 21 Days program having come to an end, today’s episode will be all about reflecting on the benefits of this experiment and how it’s helping people grow. During this experiment, everyone was asked to do one small 10-15 minute task a day, such as walking or dancing, for 21 days in a row.
