My Story
I had topped sales in corporate two years in a row in my first role, so when I burnt out and felt used for all my effort, I made the decision to start my own business in 2012.
After years in Clinical Practice, I loved the autonomy of my self led business but I was truly going through huge rollercoasters with my energy, depression and anxiety.
In the last three years I have doubled my income every year while being a stay at home Mum and as each year has passed I kept seeing the same pattern over and over.
This 'TRYING' to make it work, pushing 40hr weeks on top of holding a marriage, a household and being a balanced Mother...
BUT... It was not working.
The more my income grew, the heavier the responsibility, the higher the highs, the lower the lows, the wider the burnout.
The deeper the shame spiral.
My relationships and my body were breaking down.
I put on 12kg as a Naturopath, it devastated me. This is what I teach. How could I have let this happen.
The pressure was so deep.
It took a very real conversation with myself and PERMISSION to Own it ALL.
In that moment I decided Equal Relationship with giving AND receiving was all I was available for.
My Pleasure, my healthy nervous system, my sustainable health AND business were KEY to my next level. Infact they are now my NON-NEGOTIABLE!
